Ever since I moved to shell energy the wifi keeps dropping out and line speeds are super slow, no where near the fibre I am paying for. Two openreach engineers have visited, the last one saying they cannot find a fault in the line and the issue must be the router, since shell rent the line from talk talk. Shell initially refused to send me a new router but after contacting them again they agreed. Now waiting for new router to see if it fixes the intermittent and very slow broadband.

Been trying to close down Mum and Dads account as Mums in care and Dad lives with me now. The account is in Mums name so they needed proof that she was in care. I got the proof and sent it through email to shell, and not heard a thing back considering their generic email says “we will contact you within24/48 hours. That was 10 days ago. They are absolutely rubbish at replying and I’m worried that they will continue to send Dad bills although they’ve had plenty of warning as to his moving out date. Avoid shell energy at all costs

Terrible internet provider. Unreliable connection, cuts out multiple times a day. When speaking with customer services you are constantly told there appears to be no issue there end.
Absolutely useless.

Cut off an 89 year olds phone line that was linked to his alarm – resulting in him being on a hard floor overnight for over 12 hours with no way if alerting anyone. The customer service is non existent and truly shocking! Even after speaking with various managers who endured it would be sorted and line in action asap, I call back and they deny all knowledge of any conversations-cowboy outfit through and through and absolutely no interest in helping no matter who you speak too! Please stay away from this company.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
