Consequently it seems that we may now be reaching a decisive moment in this high stakes long drawn out saga, with an inevitable outcome that action will be taken when the Irish Police Ombudsman Commission completes its investigation. Either OSSL directors, whose repeated allegations has resulted in substantial Garda resources being devoted to the investigations, and have provided related witness statements, will surely be prosecuted for wasting police time and for perjury, or there will be serious repercussions for Shell and the relevant Garda officers?Â

Shell’s former Mr Fixit company in Ireland OSSL, has made a number of serious allegations against Shell E&P Ireland.
The allegation that for understandable reasons, most caught the attention of the news media on an international basis and stunned Irish citizens, is that acting on Shell’s instructions, OSSL purchased and supplied to the Garda enough free booze to quench the thirst of several hundred cops.
Amazingly, senior Garda officers previously named on this website are said to have helped unload the free booze at a Garda police station. None have issued related defamation proceedings against this website or OSSL. None when given the opportunity to comment have denied that OSSL allegations are true.
Two Garda investigations and two Shell internal investigations, the most recent following an intervention by Peter Voser, the CEO of Royal Dutch Shell Plc, have now taken place.
Superintendent Thomas Murphy, who carried out the most recent Garda investigation, has supplied evidence to the Irish police ombudsman, the Garda SÃochána Ombudsman Commission, which has just announced its decision to investigate the OSSL allegations.
The fact that the Garda and Shell have made repeated denials over a long period of any wrong doing – the most recent denial from Shell just days ago, will make a decision by GSOC accepting the veracity of OSSL allegations, have even more impact. It will mean that both parties, Shell and the Garda, have engaged in a protracted cover-up of corrupt activities.
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SOME OF THE OSSL ALLEGATIONS
OSSL, a local contractor on the Shell Corrib Gas project claims that it supplied gifts and/or free services (sweeteners/bribes) to third parties on Shell’s instruction to smooth the path of the controversial project. OSSL says purchase receipts were destroyed by Shell and invoices falsified on Shell’s instructions to hide what was going on. OSSL alleges that alcohol worth tens of thousands of Euros was delivered to Garda stations by OSSL for distribution to police officers as festive gifts, including Garda policing protests against the project. OSSL claims Shell still owes OSSL money for the gifts, including Garda alcohol.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
