Avoid buying this broadband at all cost. Should be banned from comparison sites. I have had the broadband for 3 days, haven’t got it working yet. Rang up to cancel for free in my “14 day cooling off period” to be told this actually ended 2 days ago, the day the line was taken over by Shell. Currently trying to charge me £110 to cancel a service I’ve had for 3 days that hasn’t worked once. Only saving grace has been a couple of people on the phone who have been willing to try to find a way a round this.

Signed up for their superfast package, dreadfully slow speed. Dreadful customer service, still trying to RESOLVE SLOW speed issues. THERE ARE BETTER ISP’s OUT THERE. and the downside is they don’t care. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and if you didn’t get the hint AVOID.

I cant really find words to explain the horrendous experience of being with Shell. Suffice to say after being with them 6 months and having terrible problems viewing due to intermittent connection two horrible experience with customer services..I’ve had enough cancelled and will be billed £184 cancellation fee. The one star is a lie really as I would give them a minus if I could. They’ve caused me massive stress.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
