As with the majority of reviews, this company is simply the worst I have ever come across. Two weeks after signing up, my internet failed. After hours of being on the line and being passed from one person to another. Anyhow, after the most inept service I cancelled my direct debit and went to BT. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

elderly parents moved into new home, decided to keep the existing service, all fine on the day of new activation then suddenly the landline number changed and the broadband stopped working, after a 2 hour customer service phone call where I spoke to no less than 6 people from various departments I was told an engineer would be sent, never arrived on that day, called again and another ticket raised, I have lost all confidence in them resolving this, hopefully, I can cancel in the cooling off period, it really shouldn’t be this hard.

I am a former home phone customer but when I left Shell they claimed I needed to send back a router, or pay a £35 penalty. I have never been given any equipment by Shell. On receipt of a letter demanding return of the Shell router alleged to be in my possession in November 2022 I phoned Shell to point this out. They promised a note would be placed on my file to stop demands for payment. Out of the blue today (24 Feb 2023) I received a text demanding payment of £35 today to avoid a negative credit reference file. To add insult to injury the payment link in the text was broken. I have been in contact with Shell today and unfortunately the payment demand will take 3 days to cancel and they cannot tell me whether my credit reference will be impacted. This is now causing me considerable anxiety as well as already taken me a lot of time to sort out (the usual our lines are busy fiasco). I would recommended that people steer well clear of Shell Energy Broadband.

Awful service !, passed from person to person , sent out wrong wires so my wifi can not be set up. Its been 6 weeks without wifi and waiting for them to set it up. There technician didnt even turn up to fix the issue so i took a day of work and sat at home on my own all day without wifi. And iv spent £100 on extra data. THEY Refuse to cancel my contract unless i Pay a fee. Absolutely discusting service. They shouldnt bother, messing around with peoples livily hoods. DISCUSTINGGG

1 week after placing my order for broadband I receive a phone call to say they cannot guarantee my broadband will be switched over on the same day. They told me it was my fault for giving notice to my current provider, something Shell Energy told me to do!!! Not happy as my current supply is being cut off and I have no new provider!

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
