Awful

Awful. Paying the most premium package for their internet. Which we I use for work and have been cut-off from. Trying to get through them on the phone is impossible over an hour and still can’t get through. This is ridiculous, shell taken all our money but not putting any of it back into customer service – whereas the sales team is really easy to get hold of…

Greed

Absolutely appalling company .if your with them leave as soon as you can making money from people who really can’t afford it .increased my payment twice , to compat government contributions greedy company and the government are doing nothing. Almost 500 in credit but yet they want more .I’m going to cancel my direct debit and pay bill quarterly at least then I’m in control of what I have to work for to give them .1 star because no star is possible read more
