No response after a super human effort to reach Shell Energy broadband

I have tried more times than I can remember to reach Shell Energy Broadband. I cannot reach anyone and have emailed, completed forms and phoned many times but remains unanswered. @Currys – you should not be recommending broadband providers whose service is this poor. Please help!

Refunds don’t exist

I have been waiting for my refund for over 3 months, every time I contact them it takes ages to get through or just doesn’t get through. Then when I can talk to someone they say they will do it but nothing changes. I have filed 3 complaints and still am not getting any closer to receiving my money. Be very careful what you pay Shell as you might not get it back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched from Shell Energy due to bad customer service. My final bill was issued 17 October, I had a credit of £176.07 which should have been refunded within 10 days after this date – that was their timeframe on their website. It is now 17 days later and no refund. They have breached the Energy Switch Guarantee and when I spoke to them today they acknowledged that and will give £30 gesture BUT they cannot tell me when I will get my refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Thieving company no ethics

Yet again the company is trying to steal my hard earned money by increasing my DD from £200 to £319. I did not authorised them to do this and did not give them permission to change my DD without my agreement. I have no debt with them and I am £151 in credit with the joke of a company and easily cover the monthly payment with my DD at £200. I contacted the company by Echat and because I wouldn’t agree to the increase the advisor left the chat

3 calls all failed to get me connected…

3 calls all failed to get me connected to the right person. Was left being put through to fresh air after being transferred. Tara was much more helpful and sorted my issues out. Although the call back feature worked the staff other than Tajra were awful. Being asked to wait ten minutes for transfer is not acceptable.

Shell Energy are harassing me

Shell Energy are harassing me for an account not in my name. Shell Energy have been sent ALL evidence requested via my Factors.
Shell Energy have never had a contract with me. I cleared my account with GOTO Energy in 2021, as a landlord. Shell Energy are hounding me and passed debt collectors onto me. I’ve been assured, twice, by Shell Energy that my contact details have been taken off system. But, Shell Energy still harass me, it’s making me very sick. Seeking legal action now.
