On 10 September we published an article under the headline “Irish Supplier Accuses Shell of Bribery, Cover-up and Sinister Threats“
The supplier in question, OSSL, is located in Bangor-Erris, County Mayo.
Following further information supplied to me earlier today, I sent a self-explanatory email to Julia Busby, a senior Shell lawyer. It is printed below.
Shell is accused of instructing the supplier to falsify the content of 21 invoices relating to the controversial Corrib Gas Project in Ireland.
We do know for certain that Shell has previously approved the falsification of safety records relating to North Sea oil rigs as part of the notorious TFA policy that caused the deaths of Shell employees.
Thus far there has been no response.

Printed below is a self-explanatory email that I understand was forwarded to you earlier today in your capacity as Head of Shell EP Legal in Ireland. It is my understanding that Lavelle Coleman – to whom the email was sent – is a law firm in Dublin.
If you wish to investigate this matter kindly let me know by 4pm UK time today. If I receive no response by then, I will assume that the email is authentic and that you did receive a copy. Furthermore, an absence of denial will be treated as confirmation that Shell accepts that the allegations are true i.e. that Shell instructed OSSL to falsify 21 invoices relating to the Corrib Gas Project.
You have already had advance notice of this matter on 10 September, so I would have thought that you are already entirely conversant with the facts.
Any response will, as normal, be published in full, unedited by us.

ROADBRIDGE played no part in the make up of the twenty one TOXIC invoices
In the second week of May 2007 Shell informed OSSL that if they wanted “f*#king paid for our outlay” then we would transfer these invoices to Roadbridge for payment and disguise the content in a manner instructed by Shell .
Roadbridge had no knowledge of the content of these invoices
ROADBRIDGE can not make the adjustment unless instructed by SHELL
SHELL must attend any meeting with OSSL LAVELLE COLEMAN and ROADBRIDGE if Any progress is to be made

Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
