I stumbled on your work a while ago and I really connected to it as its affecting our land here. I watch greed and conspiracy mess with families, societies, states and even the country in general.
Seeing your level of research and the dedication you put into your work moved me to write you in order to share my thoughts with you and appreciate your fine work.
It’s really inspiring to see people as fearless as yourself Mr. Donovan. It made me think hard about the damage my country Nigeria is going through, as there is no one to lead the motion to sue Shell here after countless oil spills and breach of contracts between the firm and the community as regards compensations due to loss of jobs for the locals involved in farming, fishing etc.
There is no form of development going on in anyway and they have no intention of doing anything. They are comfortable knowing the heat is not intense on them …
Keep up the fine job, it’s a shame we don’t have someone like you here because I believe thousands would rise up to back it up.

Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
