Shell remains committed to its oil and gas production and exploration business in New Zealand, despite recently selling its petrol station business for almost $700 million, according to Shell Companies in New Zealand chairman Rob Jager.

A lecture on ” The Future of Global Energy and the Role of the Middle East, will be delivered by Malcolm Brinded, executive director of Upstream International and member of the Board of Royal Dutch Shell. He will highlight the energy challenge, the evolution of the energy industry, and the role of gas in the Middle East. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 14 at 6:00 pm, in Moataz Al Alfi Hall, AUC New Cairo.
