399 REASONS FOR SHELL MANAGEMENT TO HANG THEIR HEADS IN SHAME

The above photograph was taken in 2004 immediately after a Malaysian High Court ruled in favour of 399 former Shell employees known as “Team A” in a class action lawsuit. The Judge ruled Shell had acted “unlawfully” in making deductions from employee retirement pension funds.
Under a hard-hearted Shell Malaysia management, headed by Country Chairman Jon Chadwick, Shell appealed the decision and as a result has been dragging out the litigation, year-after-year (the lawsuit was filed five years ago in 2002). Shell hoped to evade its legal and moral obligations by exploiting a legal loophole relating to litigation time limits.
In the meantime, many of the relevant former employees are elderly, sick and dying.
We understand from a usually reliable source that almost 30 of the 399 have already died. We have been informed today, by the same source, that the appeal court decision will be announced this Friday in Kuala Lumpur.
Other former employees of Shell in Malaysia are also currently suing Shell on similar grounds.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.

it is very sad though that the 399 lost out at the court of appeal. I pray that these people should bring the case to the federal court and there is a significant probability that there case will be heard.
