We know quite a lot about the “Team A” law suit brought against Shell in Malaysia. That case involves a group of 399 former Shell employees. Their action relates to deductions made by Shell to their Employee Providence Fund. A Judge has already ruled that the deductions were “unlawful”.
Shell has appealed the decision apparently in an attempt to exploit a legal loophole relating to time limits. This appears to be a ploy by Shell to evade its moral responsibilities to its former employees. The case has dragged on for years and in the meantime, members of the Team A group are elderly, sick, and dying.
We know little about the case brought against Shell by another group of Shell employees known as “Team B”. Consequently if you are a member of that group we would be grateful for some background information. When did your action commence? how many employees are concerned? Are they all former Shell employees or are any current employees involved. Is the basis of the claim similar to the claim brought by Team A? At what stage is the litigation? Is Shell also dragging out your case and are any members of the group in a similar plight to some members of Team A?
If you wish to supply information without your name being published that is perfectly okay.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
