Dear Mr Brennan
You will recall the email correspondence earlier this month when you kindly passed on to Alan Shatter TD, the Minister for Justice & Equality, information I supplied in relation to alleged widespread corrupt practices, involving the Garda and other parties, all instigated by Shell in relation to the controversial Corrib Gas Project.
It has been brought to my attention that there is an independent body established under the Garda Síochána Act 2005 set up to investigate any serious alleged corrupt practices, including alleged offences of a criminal nature. I have been supplied with all the contact information for the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission.
Given the alleged involvement of the Garda on a widespread basis and at a senior officer level, the matter undoubtedly qualifies as being serious.

I guess the answer will depend on whether an investigation is already underway, instigated by Mr Shatter?
In a possibly related development, during the period since we first published these allegations, Shell lawyers have renewed their quest to have our website shut down.

Update: I received an acknowledgement at 15.46 on 29 April from Mr Damien Brennan, the Private Secretary of the Justice & Equalities Minister, but no answers to the questions I raised.

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
