Possible chemical spill in Talfourd Creek

Shell Canada is reporting a possible chemical spill at its facility in Corunna.

A CVECO Code 10 was issued by Shell at around 9 p.m. following the spill of an unknown product into Talfourd Creek.

Due to the creek’s connection to the St. Clair River, there is a potential that the chemical could reach the main waterway, Shell said.
