LONDON (Dow Jones)–Morgan Stanley (MS) Wednesday began placing 10.9 million shares of U.K. integrated oil company Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), according to traders familiar with the transaction.
The shares are being a placed on a bookbuild basis at between EUR16.0 and EUR16.10 each in Amsterdam, the traders added, without being able to comment on the identity of the vendor.
At about 1103 GMT, shares were trading up 4.8% at EUR17.55 in a broader negative market.
