BEHAVING WITH INTEGRITY

Integrity is one of our three core values and a cornerstone of our Business Principles. We translate this value into action with a clear and simple policy: zero tolerance for bribes and fraud.

To help us follow this policy, employees are provided with online and face-to-face training in key areas, including bribery and corruption.

We also train staff to help them understand what the Code of Conduct requires of them. In the first half of 2007, we rolled-out mandatory online training across the company, to help employees put our Business Principles into practice. We have a global helpline and website for staff and business partners to report concerns confidentially and get advice on
any suspected infringements of the law or our Business Principles.

It is managed by a third party and is available 24 hours a day. Since its introduction in 2005, the helpline has become the channel for nearly 40% of all incidents reported. Staff make line management or human resources departments aware directly of more than 60%.

Cases of bribery and fraud are reported to the Audit Committee of the Board. In 2007, 112 violations were reported. As a result, we ended our relationship with 151 staff and contractors.
