BY ALFRED DONOVAN
The leaflets issued at the Shell Centre on Thursday 4th May 2006 contained extracts from an article published on ShellNews.net almost two years ago under the name of famed Shell geologist Dr John Huong, who was a Shell employee for almost 30 years.
The article, along with two others, is currently the subject of a High Court Restraining Order and Injunction obtained by EIGHT Royal Dutch Shell companies against Dr Huong.
The litigation escalated dramatically in recent weeks with the same companies issuing a flood of further proceedings against Dr Huong. Shell has preferred to ignore the facts known to them since July 2004 regarding who was actually responsible for the publication of the articles in question (and all subsequent publications which happen to the subject of ALL of the subsequent Shell legal proceedings).
It is interesting to note that a Shell Managing Director, Andy Pyle, has today apologised on behalf of Shell for the jailing of the “Rossport Five” in Ireland in relation to the Corrib pipeline project. The apology is similar in tone to an apology letter we received from a Shell Chief Executive, Dr Chris Fay, some years ago, no doubt with about as much genuine regret as was expressed on that occasion. It seems fair to conclude that the latest apology is merely another exercise in deception for PR purposes particularly bearing in mind that Shell has recently issued proceedings against Dr Huong seeking his imprisonment.
Despite the ongoing litigation, Shell International General Counsel Richard Wiseman came out of the Shell Centre again today to exchange pleasantries with Nick Gill, who leads the team of leaflet distributors. I am pleased to hear that Mr Wiseman was still in a friendly mood and requested some extra copies of today’s leaflet, which Nick was happy to supply.
Two new leaflets will be distributed on Friday 5th May at the Shell Centre. All five different types of leaflet being given out to Shell employees and visitors to the Shell Centre in London this week are accessible below.

LITIGATION TRACK RECORD ROYAL DUTCH SHELL -v- DONOVAN |

Royal Dutch Shell conspired directly with Hitler, financed the Nazi Party, was anti-Semitic and sold out its own Dutch Jewish employees to the Nazis. Shell had a close relationship with the Nazis during and after the reign of Sir Henri Deterding, an ardent Nazi, and the founder and decades long leader of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. His burial ceremony, which had all the trappings of a state funeral, was held at his private estate in Mecklenburg, Germany. The spectacle (photographs below) included a funeral procession led by a horse drawn funeral hearse with senior Nazis officials and senior Royal Dutch Shell directors in attendance, Nazi salutes at the graveside, swastika banners on display and wreaths and personal tributes from Adolf Hitler and Reichsmarschall, Hermann Goring. Deterding was an honored associate and supporter of Hitler and a personal friend of Goring.
Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.

IN JULY 2007, MR BILL CAMPBELL (ABOVE, A RETIRED GROUP AUDITOR OF SHELL INTERNATIONAL SENT AN EMAIL TO EVERY UK MP AND MEMBER OF THE HOUSE OF LORDS:
