PORT HARCOURT, Nigeria, May 19 (Reuters) - Nigerian security forces clashed with gunmen trying to rob a bank on Monday outside the gates of a Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L: Quote, Profile, Research) compound on Bonny Island, in the southern Rivers state, police said.

Wind farms stalled by five-year planning delays
The fragility of the wind power business was highlighted recently when Shell pulled out of the world's biggest offshore wind farm - the London Array, off Kent - because of spiralling costs associated with planning delays.

Deterding was the guest of Hitler during a four day summit meeting at Berchtesgaden. Sir Henri and Hitler both had ambitions on Russian oil fields. Only an honored personal guest would be rewarded with a private four day meeting at Hitler’s mountain top retreat.
